It's really important to look after your mental health. Here are some small ways to stay connected during lockdown. They may seem simple, but it's good to remind yourself to make time for some tlc:
• Join a local group online. We might not be able to meet in real life but there are plenty of local interest groups you can be part of online.
• Ask for help. If you're struggling, if
you need anything, don't keep it to yourself; reach out.
• Make time to eat with your household - whoever that might be! Even if you live on your own, make meals a time to have a break from whatever you've got going on.
• Plan a future trip. It doesn't didn't matter if it's one you'll go on! Grab a map and learn about somewhere you've always wanted to visit.
• Play a game over video chat. There are plenty of free game ideas to play with others online, even if you can't be in the same room.
• Text a friend. Just drop a message to check in on someone you've not been able to see.
